Return Policy
Return Period
You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt.
Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
– in the same condition that you received it,
– unworn and unused,
– with tags attached,
– in its original packaging,
– accompanied by proof of purchase or invoice.
Return Process
Please send us an email at info@rb-watches.com to register your return. Upon approval, we will send you a shipping label and instructions for returning your package. Returns that have not been registered in advance will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. Contact us at once if the item is damaged, defective, or if you have received the wrong item. We will work with you to find a suitable solution immediately.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
– Custom-made or personalized products,
– Sale items and gift cards.

Exchanges
Would you like to exchange an item? Please return the item and, after approval of the return, place a new order for the desired item.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will inform you about the status of your refund. If approved, the amount will be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
